Our online courses are live and interactive via Microsoft Teams. Very special is that we hold online courses even for one individual at a reasonable cost for those candidates who wish to do so,
at the time that suits them best*.

If additional participants join at the same time, there is a discount for each participant.
You have a choice of various course options. It starts with an introductory course of a 1/2 day and goes up to an advanced course of 5 days.
Systems thinking encompasses many aspects. Depending on your needs, you can therefore choose from a number of courses with a different focus and duration.
An online course on leadership is not easy. At BYAZ, however, we also see leadership as a process, which we would like to explain to you in a short course.
A number of times a year, BYAZ organizes courses on location at a fixed time (open access).

In-house courses are a cost-effective way to discover and master the insights and practices of ISO 31000 with many people from the same organization. They are tailor-made according to the needs of the customer.
Open courses are organized in function of obtaining a specific certification level and are more rigid in terms of content. No prior knowledge is required for an ISO 31000 Foundations course.

Alignment
Team Alignment is a form of group coaching to align a team or group of people with specific objectives or to solve a specific problem.
Peter is een expert in het toepassen van systeemdenken in elke uitdagende situatie; zowel in zakelijke contexten als in - over het algemeen gesproken - sociale contexten. Hij heeft een zesde zintuig om de parameters, hun relaties en de hefbomen te identificeren die spelen in complexe systemen, zoals organisaties (maar ook andere systemen).
Ik zou Peter echt aanraden om managers en leiders in staat te stellen om - nog sneller en nog nauwkeuriger - de echte oorzaken van systemische problemen te begrijpen en hoe ze hiervoor duurzame oplossingen kunnen vinden.
