Are leaders born or are they made? 

It is a question of which the answer, according to Peter Senge, is: "Leaders are born, then made".

Getting great results require great leaders. We are convinced anyone can learn to become a great leader, as long as three conditions are fulfilled:

1. Know what you want.
2. Develop your communication skills.
3. Apply the leadership process and get a systems thinking perspective on matters.
